Navo currently does not integrate with ERPs. We treat your metadata (part number, description, supplier, etc.) as read-only to preserve integrity. The only field we manage as the source of truth is the HTS code, which we lock and keep current with revisions. You can export an enriched CSV from Navo and update your ERP.
We don’t offer a free trial, but you can share a small CSV (e.g., 50 parts with HTS code and country), and we’ll import it for a live walkthrough.
Yes, we have built Navo from the ground up with security in mind. All customer data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit via TLS and we apply row-level security with least-privilege access so only authorized actions are possible. All customer databases are backed up daily. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time. We never sell or share your data.
